USGBC LEED ? Home Certification: Units designated for Certification under this program are subjected to all available LEED-HOME requirements in the factory (Rough Inspection).  After delivery to the building site a final inspection is conducted by a Certified Green Rater.  The results are submitted to a Provider who obtains Certification of the home from the USGBC.

The following LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Rating Systems are available:
        New Construction (NC)
      Core & Shell (CS)
      Schools (SCH)
      Healthcare (HC)

LEED is a consensus-developed, third party-verified, voluntary rating system which promotes the design and construction of high-performance green buildings/homes. 
  To get Started
    1) Complete the Program Registration Form   
          {Select All Program(s) you wish to participate in} 
    2) Register Product with USGBC    
    3) Select LEED for Homes Green Rater  
    4) Select a USGBC LEED Provider
    5) Call TRA
